The Toronto based art establishment, #Hashtag Gallery has enlarged the number of artists it represent with the addition of Jonathan Kwegyir Aggrey, to its stable on artsy.net.

In an announcement on its Instagram handle on Saturday June 27, 2020 Hashtag gallery introduced Jonathan a watercolorist with six of its work on the popular platform artsy.net to the stable.

The Gallery says, “The artists we select to represent are carefully chosen for their technique and artistic ability and represent what we believe to be the next generation of successful artists across a range of media and disciplines”.

Jonathan Kwegyir Aggrey, the youngest of eight siblings, was born in 1984 and brought up in Ashaiman (Town in Ghana). He received his basic education at Ashaiman Presbyterian School and at Ashaiman Senior Secondary School, where he studied visual art. When he was about five years old he knew that he wanted to be an artist. Jonathan, has exhibited worldwide and his works are in several collections.
